Bloor Homes NW, have a multi tenanted office complex consisting of 3 building with a shared surface car park. Entry and Exit to the car park from the main road was fully open. This allowed unauthorised vehicles to enter the car park meaning spaces were not available for the tenants. Access needed to be restricted to tenants and their authorised visitors only.
